Last week we were invited to give a talk at BRE about sustainable retail design. BRE is a world leading multi-disciplinary building science centre with a mission to improve the built environment through research and knowledge generation.
In an omnichannel world, multi-sensory environments can create more than just a place to shop or stay; these can be places where the customer can fully experience a brand, gain a 360-degree view of the offering, and better discover how a brand aligns with their identity and lifestyle.
We recently went on a visit to London to take a look at the very best of retail design and commercial interiors that our capital city has to offer. There was a huge variety of really great innovative stores, but here’s just a few that we loved and why.
