Concept design and rollout of bars and restaurants

We have been involved in the creation and development of a number of dining concepts, including Bourgee, a group of steak and lobster restaurants in the South-East of England and Tapeo, a premium Spanish restaurant in Manchester. We also have extensive experience with the design of onboard hospitality facilities, working with P&O Ferries and a Canadian fleet operated by Marine Atlantic.

Hospitality design schemes are often complex in their delivery and our team have the experience to project manage the many specialist contractors involved in bringing the concept to life.
