WDC Creative may change this policy from time to time by updating this document. This version is effective from 31st August 2021.
If you contact us then we may need to record contact information and details which are related to a specific project or design enquiry. If we work with you then we will need to collect additional information from you as the need arises – for example, to log your communication preferences.
We will keep your data for as long as you would like. If you decide you would like to work with us again, we already have everything we need. If not and you would like us to delete all data, that’s not a problem either. Either way, we can assure you that your information will be kept securely. We have taken steps to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, by introducing suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and protect your information. Your data will not be shared with any third parties without your permission.
You have the right to request or withdraw your data at any time. If you would like a copy of the information we hold about you, please contact Helen West, Director, at email@example.com
If you believe that any information we are holding about you is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible. We will promptly update any information as necessary. If you are not satisfied with our response to your query, you can contact your local data protection authority who will be able to advise you on next steps. For the UK, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), who is also our lead supervisory authority. Details of their contact information can be found at https://ico.org.uk/global/contact-us/
A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on the device you use to access the internet. Once you agree, the file is added and the cookie helps analyse web traffic or lets us know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual. The web application can tailor its operations to your needs, likes and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences.
We use ‘traffic log’ cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyse data about webpage traffic and improve our website and services in order to tailor them to client needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.
A cookie in no way gives us access to your computer or any information about you, other than the data you choose to share with us.
