Transforming Regatta’s wholesale showroom into a brand experience
When Regatta approached WDC to refresh their wholesale showroom, the challenge was clear: transform an uninspiring space into a dynamic environment that not only showcased their full product range but also encouraged wholesale customers to explore, interact, and ultimately place orders.
The existing showroom fell short in capturing Regatta’s brand values and making the product the hero. Wholesale visitors often lacked the incentive to linger, missing opportunities to connect with the range. The brief called for a space that was comfortable, flexible, and engaging - with better lighting, high-quality digital displays, a more inviting layout, and thoughtful touches such as refreshments.
A strategic approach: the FLEX process
Drawing on over two decades of design expertise, we applied our proven FLEX process - a multi-stage design methodology that ensures successful outcomes by interrogating the brief from the outset and understanding the challenge from every angle.

- We guided stakeholders through creative development, culminating in a detailed 3D walkthrough to bring the vision to life before a single fixture was installed.
- We collaborated closely with Regatta and the shopfitting team to refine every element and prepare for execution.
- We remained hands-on throughout installation, making regular site visits to ensure the design intent was delivered on time and to the highest quality.

The result
The new showroom is a vibrant, flexible space that immerses visitors in the Regatta brand. From improved lighting and digital integration to comfortable meeting areas and a layout designed to encourage product interaction, every detail supports the goal of turning visits into orders.
